Role-Specific Overview
1. Salesman (Field Operations)
This role is designed for proactive individuals capable of managing field sales and logistics.
- Core Duties: Generating sales leads, meeting targets, managing client relationships, and handling product delivery/collections.
- Administrative: Preparing sales reports and managing invoices.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience and a mandatory 4-wheeler driving license.
2. Sales Assistant (Retail Operations)
Ideal for individuals who excel in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Core Duties: Assisting customers with purchases, maintaining store displays/cleanliness, and supporting billing and stock handling.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
