VMM Talentcorp is looking for highly skilled CNC Programmers and Operators to join a leading industrial facility in the Seychelles. This role is perfect for technical professionals who specialize in precision machining and are looking to apply their expertise in an international manufacturing environment.
Position Overview
- Role: CNC Programmer / Operator
- Location: Seychelles
- Monthly Salary: 500 – 800 USD (Based on experience)
- Duty Hours: 10 Hours per day
- Weekly Off: 1 Day per week
- Processing Time: 30 – 40 Days
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of machine production, ensuring high-precision output and operational efficiency:
- Programming & Operation: Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to perform various tasks like drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all finished products meet strict quality and precision specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any technical or programming issues as they arise.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
