Position Overview

- Monthly Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000

Key Responsibilities
The F&B Manager will be responsible for the seamless execution of service standards and the operational profitability of the venue:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily F&B operations to ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse front-of-house team in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within a fine-dining context.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee inventory management, menu coordination, and financial targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Specialization: Significant experience in Reputed Fine Dining establishments is mandatory.
- Education: Must hold a BSc or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
