Key Responsibilities
The Housekeeping team is essential to maintaining the guest experience and operational excellence of the facility:
- Area Maintenance: Perform deep cleaning and daily maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and all common areas.
- Linen Management: Efficiently manage bed linen changes, laundry duties, and replenishment of guest amenities.
- Sanitation: Adhere to strict European hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Reporting: Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Service Excellence: Support guest satisfaction by ensuring all assigned areas are kept in pristine condition.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in professional housekeeping.
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically active and capable of handling daily cleaning tasks.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of professional hygiene standards and cleaning chemicals.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment.
