✅ Candidate Requirements & Skills
We are looking for chefs who carry the true essence of South Indian heritage in their cooking.
- Regional Mastery: Deep expertise in traditional Andhra and Tamil cuisines.
- The Dosa Factor: Mandatory experience as a Dosa Master with high proficiency in Tiffin items (Idli, Vada, Upma, Pongal).
- Condiment Specialist: Mastery in preparing a wide variety of chutneys, sambar, and roti accompaniments.
- Traditional Arts: Knowledge of traditional Telugu snacks and the authentic preparation of pickles (Avakaya, Gongura, etc.).
- Operational Excellence: Ability to maintain strict taste consistency, hygiene standards, and handle bulk/catering orders.

- Creative ability to design and innovate within an authentic menu framework.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and team management.
- Must be willing to relocate to the USA.
