Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Chef will play a vital role in supporting the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences:
- Kitchen Support: Assist the Head Chef in daily operations and high-volume food production.
- Preparation: Expertly prepare ingredients and manage various cooking processes to maintain service speed.
- Hygiene Standards: Uphold rigorous European food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Assistant Chef or Commis Chef.
