1. Construction Manager
- Role: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, manage site teams, contractors, and ensure budget compliance.
- Requirement: Mandatory Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering with 3–5 years of management experience.
2. Project Engineer
- Role: Project planning, execution, and coordination with consultants and site teams.
- Requirement: Mandatory Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
3. Site Engineer
- Role: Daily supervision of site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings and BOQ.
- Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of site experience.
4. Civil Foreman
- Role: Manpower handling, task allocation, and ensuring on-site safety and discipline.
- Requirement: Diploma or relevant construction qualification with 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman.
