Job Description: VMM Talentcorp is recruiting 15 General Workers for premium condominium maintenance in Singapore. - Salary (Monthly in Rupees):
- Min: ₹1,15,000 (Basic Salary)
- Max: Up to ₹1,45,000 (Including daily 4 hours OT)
- Job Responsibility:
- Maintain cleanliness of condominium common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational zones.
- Perform general labor tasks as required by the facility management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored and maintained correctly.
- Adhere to Singapore’s strict workplace safety and hygiene standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No specific formal education required.
- Preferred: Candidates who are physically active and ready for a high-overtime environment.
- Primary Requirements:
- Age Limit: Must be born between 1985 and 1995.
- Must hold a valid Indian Passport (ECR/ECNR).
- Ability to work 14-hour days (including OT) consistently.
- Experience: 0–2 years; Fresh candidates are preferred.
- Additional Note: Self-Funded Living: Food and accommodation are not provided by the employer. Candidates must manage these expenses from their salary. The Employment Pass (EP) is processed rapidly within 7–10 working days.
